Powder Coated Steel
Originally inspired by origami, this stool was crafted as though it were a sheet of paper with subtle folds that provide this seat both structural rigidity and comfort. Multiples are cut from a single piece of sheet steel in a process that produces minimal waste.

JULIANA
Stainless Steel Rod and Bamboo Veneers
Doing more with less, this chair uses as little material as possible. Although visually rigid, the frame subtly flexes under the sitters weight, a motion akin to the movement of a rocking chair.
Featured in Art Review of December 2005.
